How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. Give us a call or simply fill out this form, and one of our pharmacists will reach out to you for onboarding. Patients, caretakers, or healthcare professionals can also initiate onboarding.  If your doctor sends us a prescription, we will automatically begin the onboarding process.

What can I expect after I sign up?

You can expect to see personalized services tailored to your needs. One of our pharmacists will reach out to you and your doctor, if necessary, to fully understand your condition. We will review your allergies, medication history. Understand your medication delivery preference and schedule a follow-up phone appointment to ensure you have what you need to get the most out of your pharmacotherapy.

How do I send prescriptions to Chesapeake Regional Pharmacy Services?

Your doctor can directly send us an electronic prescription or fax it to our facility.

We can contact your doctor’s office or your existing pharmacy to transfer your current pharmacy prescriptions to Chesapeake Regional Pharmacy Services.

How will I receive my medications?

We will discuss your preference for medication delivery. Medications can be delivered to your home or work location.

What if I have a question about my prescription?

You can call or e-mail us anytime to reach a pharmacist. Before dispensing the first dose, we will contact you to ensure each patient and caregiver understand the medications’ proper use.

How do I report an adverse drug reaction?

If you experience a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 right away. For any non life-threatening drug reactions, talk to your prescriber or your pharmacist to discuss any potential adverse drug reaction

 

The FDA asks that patients report adverse drug events to their physicians. There are instructions for self-reporting through the FDA’s MedWatch program at https://www.accessdata.fda.gov You may also call the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 to report by telephone. The FDA also encourages consumers to contact the drug manufacturer in the case of an adverse drug event
