Our pharmacy was established in Wilmington, DE by pharmacists who share a passion for providing patient-centric and specialized care to patients requiring long term care in the Mid-Atlantic Region (DE, MD, NJ, PA).

Kinjal Patel
Pharmacy Manager, Chesapeake Regional Pharmacy Services
Kinjal brings over nine years of diverse experience in the pharmacy field to her current role. Her extensive background includes work in retail, hospice, and long-term care, which has provided her with expertise in managing care for her patients within different settings and needs.
Kinjal began her career after graduating from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University. Starting in community pharmacy, Kinjal quickly discovered her passion for helping patients and improving outcomes. With each new role she took on, Kinjal became more and more knowledgeable, even becoming licensed in multiple states across the country.
She’s always looking for new ways to learn and grow in her field, exploring the latest advances in pharmaceuticals and treatments to provide the best care possible for her patients. Her dedication to improving outcomes is reflected in her work as a Certified Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist, ensuring that her patients receive the personalized care they deserve.
